FAQ
Does it cost anything?
Signing up and logging by hand cost nothing. AI chat replies, voice transcription, photo recognition and generating Insight use credits; new accounts get a starter allowance, once per person; see how credits work.
Is there anything to install? Can I use it inside WeChat?
No install. Open it in any phone or desktop browser, or add it to your home screen. Inside WeChat you can sign up with a phone number and a text code. Amounts are recorded in RMB (¥) for now.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, in Settings → Account. You have 7 days to change your mind; after that your account and records are deleted (except transaction records we're required by law to keep).
