FAQ: pricing, data and WeChat

① New accounts get 500 credits (about ¥5). ② One grant per phone number or email; if you delete your account and sign up again with the same one, you won't get it again. ③ They don't expire for now. ④ They're added when you sign up; see Settings → Credits. AI chat replies, voice transcription, photo recognition and generating Insight use credits; logging by hand, check-ins, bill import, analytics, review cards and badges use none.

Family members and other users can't see your personal records. To generate replies, AI features send what you enter to our model provider for processing; see the Privacy Policy. In a group, others see only the tasks and goals you put there; your habits, calendar, time logs and spending are not shared.

No. Examen runs in your browser on phone or desktop; on a phone you can add it to your home screen.

Yes. Inside WeChat you can sign up with a phone number and a text code.

In Settings → Account. You have 7 days to change your mind; after that your account and records are deleted (except transaction records we're required by law to keep). Signing up again with the same phone number or email doesn't bring a new sign-up grant.
